• When is TechBash?
  TechBash 2025 is November 4-7, 2025. Tuesday the 4th is our Workshop Day. Wednesday to Friday is the core part of the conference.
• Where is TechBash?
  TechBash is located at the Kalahari Resort and Conference Center in Mt. Pocono PA. You can learn more at the Kalahari website.
• Who runs TechBash?
  TechBash is organized by the members of the TechBash Foundation. TechBash is a community focused event and is a registered not for profit organization.
• What other activities for attendees and their families are there to do at TechBash?
  Things are different every year, but you can expect a lot of learning and fun at TechBash. In addition to the typical conference stuff like Keynotes, Breakout Sessions, and Workshops, TechBash usually hosts an attendee Welcome Reception and a Game Night. The TechBash 2025 Welcome Reception is called the Party with Palermo and is sponsored by Clear Measure. We also have Family Friday sessions for kids, which are free for attendees' families. Of course, developers who attend TechBash love the indoor water park (if you are a guest of the hotel, your room includes up to four passes to the water park). The Kalahari has a bunch of other indoor activities including a Spa, Game Room, Laser Tag, Mini Golf and more. If you are headed outside there is hiking, bike rentals, Gorilla Grove Treetop Adventures and more. • Can my spouse or partner join me for the Welcome Reception?
  Yes, we have a $50 guest pass option that can be purchased for a single guest per attendee. The guest pass entitles them to join the Party with Palermo, enjoy the included food, and get two drink tickets for the cash bar.
• What meals are included at TechBash this year?
  We provide a hot breakfast each day and a full lunch. We also offer an afternoon snack on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. For dinner, there are some great restaurants at the Kalahari, and we serve some light appetizers at our evening events.
• Can my kids join me for meals on Family Friday?
  Families who attend the Family Friday sessions and activities can join attendees for breakfast and lunch if they purchase the $25/ea family meal add-on ticket.
• What is the Dress Code?
  TechBash is casual. Wear what you like but don't be offensive to anyone. Do you to wear shorts and flip-flops? You are welcome at TechBash. Business Casual, we like you too. Want to go formal? That's up to you.

• Do you offer discounted rooms for TechBash?
  TechBash is hosted at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center in the Poconos. They've offered discounted rooms to all TechBash 2025 attendees. • Do you offer discounts for groups?
  If you have a group of more than five looking to attend TechBash 2025, be sure to email groups@techbash.com for complete details. Be sure to provide how many attendees you plan on sending.
• I can only come for the day. Can I register for a single day?
  We typically offer 1-day tickets to TechBash for Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday during the last 30 days leading up to the event. However, we encourage folks to join us for the entire event and enjoy the whole experience, which is why we only offer these tickets at the last minute.
• Is there a deadline for the room discounts?
  Our rates are only guaranteed until 30 days before the event. After that, rooms availability and discounts aren't guaranteed.
