A lap around NuGet: Creating packages the modern way

Learn how to create NuGet packages for NuGet v3 and .NET Core. We'll look at what we have in NuGet v2, some of the limitations and see how NuGet v3 addresses them. In this talk, we'll cover creating .NET Core packages using both MSBuild-based projects (csproj, etc) and the new dotnet CLI tools (project.json and xproj).
